This statement is filed by Woodline Partners LP ("Woodline Partners" or the "Reporting Person"), a Delaware limited partnership, and the investment adviser to Woodline Master Fund LP (the "Woodline Fund"), with respect to the shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock") of Tenaya Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issuable upon the exercise of warrants directly held by the Woodline Fund. The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of the Act, the beneficial owner of the securities reported herein.

The percentage set forth in this Schedule 13G is calculated based upon an aggregate of 162,666,931 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of May 1, 2025, as reported in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2025, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2025, and assumes the exercise of warrants (the "Reported Warrants") held by the Woodline Fund, subject to the 4.99% Blocker (as defined below). Pursuant to the terms of the Reported Warrants, the Reporting Person cannot exercise such warrants to the extent the Reporting Person would beneficially own, after such exercise, more than 4.99% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock (the "4.99% Blocker") and the percentage set forth in Row (11) of the cover page for the Reporting Person gives effect to the 4.99% Blocker. Consequently, at this time, the Reporting Person is not able to exercise all of such Reported Warrants due to the 4.99% Blocker.
