Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On October 25, 2024, an agreement (“Amendment No. 1 to Pooling and Servicing Agreement” or the “Amendment”) was entered into by and between Barclays Commercial Mortgage Securities, LLC, as depositor, Midland Loan Services, A Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as master servicer, K-Star Asset Management LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee and as certificate administrator, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, amending the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”) previously filed as Exhibit 4.4 to Form 8-K dated and filed on May 5, 2021, with respect to BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2021-C9. The purpose of the Amendment was to correct an error in the definition of “Operating Advisor Fee” in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
