Explanation of Responses:
1. The Class B Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Class B Common Stock"), of Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer") will convert into shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, after the Issuer's initial business combination, on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment pursuant to certain anti-dilution rights, and have no expiration date.
2. Includes 825,000 shares of Class B Common Stock that are subject to forfeiture if the underwriters in the Issuer's initial public offering do not exercise their over-allotment option.
