As previously disclosed, Sono Group N.V. (the “Company”) has pursued the uplisting to the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) of the ordinary shares, par value €0.02 per share, of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), subject to the Company’s satisfaction of the initial listing requirements.
On September 4, 2025, the Company received notice from Nasdaq that the Ordinary Shares have been approved for listing on Nasdaq. The Ordinary Shares are expected to commence trading on Nasdaq on September 5, 2025 under the ticker symbol “SSM”.
