On April 21, 2025, Marathon Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Marathon Bank, issued a press release announcing the completion of the conversion of Marathon MHC from mutual to stock form and the related stock offering by the Company.  For additional information, refer to the press release dated April 21, 2025, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
