Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 14, 2024, TriplePoint Private Venture Credit Inc. (the “Company”) announced Christopher M. Mathieu’s plans to retire as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of the close of business on August 9, 2024. Mr. Mathieu will continue to serve the Company as an advisor through December 31, 2024. The Company has initiated a search for a successor to Mr. Mathieu as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
