Item 8.01  Other Events
On August 5, 2025, Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. (“Pioneer”), a leading financial institution in New York’s Capital Region, announced it is taking another step advancing its strategy of being “More Than a Bank” with the launch of its newest line of business, Human Resources (“HR”) Consulting, which will be established as a division of Pioneer.  Pioneer’s HR Consulting Division will provide HR expertise such as on-site HR services, project-based HR work, and leave management services to small- and mid-sized companies. The new division will be headed by Miriam Dushane, a nationally recognized industry leader, who has been hired as Vice President of HR Consulting. HR consulting joins insurance, employee benefits, and wealth management as business lines beyond financial services offered by Pioneer to support its clients.
