Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 4, 2024, Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release providing a corporate update for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, following the Company’s filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
