Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 12, 2025, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
On May 13, 2025, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. In connection therewith, the Company provided an earnings presentation on its website at https://www.kaynebdc.com. A copy of the earnings presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.

On May 12, 2025, the Company issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.40 per share, which will be payable on July 16, 2025 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2025.
