On June 18, 2025, the Fund issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and by this reference incorporated herein, announcing the Fund’s holdings as of April 30, 2025 and May 31, 2025 and the deployment of proceeds resulting from the Fund’s transferable rights offering to the holders of the Fund’s common shares of beneficial interest (“Common Shares”), which expired on May 14, 2025 and resulted in the issuance of 8,354,213 Common Shares.
