Shanghai, November 29, 2019 — OneSmart International Education Group Limited (NYSE: ONE) (“OneSmart” or the “Company”), a leading premium K-12 after-school education service provider in China, announced that Mr. Zhuxiu Dong, OneSmart’s former senior vice president of premium tutoring, has tendered his resignation, effective from December 4, 2019. This decision is based on Mr. Dong’s personal reasons and by mutual agreement between Mr. Dong and the Company.
