Departure of David Beck as a member of the board of directors

 

On October 17, 2024, David Beck resigned from his role as a Member of the Board of Directors.

 

There was no disagreement between Mr. Beck and the company’s policies, procedures and its business operations. Mr. Beck was asked to submit a professional resignation letter to the board of directors, however he declined to submit a professional resignation letter in lieu of an email resignation note which cannot be submitted as exhibit to this filing.
