¹ Pursuant to Rule 416 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), this Registration Statement shall also cover any additional shares of Class A Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the "Common Stock") of Ranger Energy Services, Inc. (the "Registrant") that become issuable under the Ranger Energy Services, Inc. Amended and Restated 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") by reason of any stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization or any other similar transaction effected without the receipt of consideration, which results in an increase in the number of our outstanding shares of Common Stock. Represents 1,000,000 new shares of Common Stock that were added to the shares authorized for issuance under the Plan as approved by the Registrant's board of directors on March 26, 2025 and by the Registrant's stockholders on May 9, 2025.
