Information Contained in this Form 8-K Report
On March 5, 2024, Addentax Group Corp. (“Addentax”) issued a press release to announce that it has signed a collaboration agreement with Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited (HKEx: 02199) (“Regina”) aimed at producing high-quality, functional, and fashionable activewear. This agreement leverages upon Addentax’s strong manufacturing capabilities and comprehensive industry chain services with Regina’s advanced research and development technology in sportswear industry .
