Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 17, 2024, we certified the election by our member, Chimney Rock Public Power District, of Kevin Stuart to replace Stanley Propp, as the director representing them on our Board of Directors. Mr. Stuart will serve on the External Affairs-Member Relations Committee.
