On October 28, 2021, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will be hosting a conference call on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. PT, during which time the Company will discuss its third quarter 2021 financial results.
