Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 19, 2024, CNH Industrial N.V. (the “Company”) made available to its shareholders its Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and Proxy Statement (the “Notice of Meeting and Proxy Statement”) in connection with the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on May 3, 2024, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
