On October 17, 2024, the Company issued a Press Release announcing the establishment of VerdePlus Inc., a new subsidiary in partnership with Nature Plus Inc. (NPI), following the successful installation at the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) Test Track. Details of the partnership with NPI will be disclosed in due time.
