As previously announced, Angela Thedinga, Chief Technology Officer of Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc., informed Adverum that, as part of a move to Boston, Massachusetts for family reasons, she was planning to separate from Adverum over time. On October 1, 2021, Adverum and Ms. Thedinga entered into a Separation and General Release of Claims pursuant to which Ms. Thedinga’s last date of employment was October 1, 2021. In connection therewith, Adverum and Ms. Thedinga also entered into a Consulting Agreement pursuant to which Ms. Thedinga will provide consulting services to Adverum for a period of three months for consideration of $33,333 per month, and her equity awards with Adverum during this period will continue to vest.
