Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 23, 2025, World Omni Automobile Lease Securitization Trust 2025-A, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Issuing Entity”), Wilmington Trust, National Association, as indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as account bank (the “Account Bank”), entered into the First Supplemental Indenture (the “First Supplemental Indenture”). The First Supplemental Indenture amends the Indenture, dated as of March 12, 2025 (the “Indenture”), among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Account Bank (filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant’s Form 8-K dated and filed on March 12, 2025, Commission File No. 333-264720-04), to amend the Overcollateralization Target Amount from 13.65% (as stated in the Indenture prior to the effectiveness of the First Supplemental Indenture) to 15.40% (as disclosed in the prospectus dated March 4, 2025, related to the issuance of the World Omni Automobile Lease Securitization Trust 2025-A Notes, and filed with the SEC on March 6, 2025, Commission File No. 333-264720-04).
