On January 17, 2024, Smartsheet Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “Smartsheet Reaches $1 Billion in Annualized Recurring Revenue,” announcing the Company's achievement of this annualized recurring revenue milestone. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
