This current report on Form 8-K/A amends the report on Form 8-K filed on September 23, 2024 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the "Bank") which announced that, on September 21, 2024, the Bank declared elected (or re-elected as applicable) to the Bank’s board of directors ("Board") Suzanne S. DeFerie, Scott C. Harvard, Susan F. Dewey and Rodney E. Hood, to inform that on December 14, 2024, the Bank made 2025 Board committee assignments for these directors as follows:
