Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 15, 2024, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) fully commenced business operations at its new headquarters housed in 57,047 square feet of office space located at 301 Grant Street, Suite 2000, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, and the Bank ceased business operations at its former headquarters located at 601 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219.
