On April 16, 2025, Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.045 per share of common stock. The distribution will be payable to shareholders of record as of April 17, 2025 and is expected to be paid on April 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
