Information Contained in this Form 6-K Report

On December 13, 2021, Top Ships Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company approved and adopted the following two proposals:

1. the election of Paolo Javarone and Konstantinos Karelas as Class II Directors to serve until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and

2. the ratification of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.

The information contained in this report on Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the Company's registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-234281) that was filed with the SEC and became effective on November 4, 2019.
