On November 4, 2021, Oliver Schacht, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of OpGen, Inc. (the “Company”), participated in a video interview relating to, among other things, the Company’s Special Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for December 8, 2021 (the “Special Meeting”).
