Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 24, 2024, Energy Transfer LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its quarterly cash distribution of $0.3175 per common unit ($1.27 annualized) for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
A copy of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On On April 24, 2024, the Partnership announced a quarterly distribution of $0.3175 per common unit ($1.27 annualized) for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. The cash distribution will be paid on May 20, 2024 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2024.
