On January 23, 2025, Traws Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of the Phase 1 studies for its investigational one-dose influenza therapy, tivoxavir marboxil, for treatment of H5N1 avian influenza. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
