LATAM Announces Launch of Equity Offering

 

Santiago (Chile), August 13, 2025 – LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (“LATAM” or the “Company”), the leading passenger and cargo airline group in South America, today announced that certain of its shareholders (the “Selling Shareholders”) launched a public offering to sell 15,000,000 American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”), each representing 2,000 common shares of LATAM. No shares are being sold by the Company, and LATAM will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholders. The last reported per ADS price of LATAM ADS on August 12, 2025 was $43.30.

 

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting as underwriters for the offering. A registration statement on Form F-3 (the “Registration Statement”), including a prospectus, relating to the ADSs was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on July 18, 2024 and became effective automatically.
