Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 20, 2025, Nancy King, Chief Technology Officer, departed from RB Global, Inc. (the “Company”). Steve Lewis, the Company’s Chief Operations Officer, will continue to provide leadership for the Company’s technology organization and has assumed Ms. King’s responsibilities on an interim basis.
