Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 9, 2021, Richard Muskus notified Carver Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer to pursue another opportunity. The resignation will be effective on December 24, 2021. Mr. Muskus has no disagreements with the Company.
