Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 15, 2025, members of senior management of PPL Corporation ("PPL") attended the Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Summit hosted by Sen. David McCormick at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In connection with that event, PPL and Blackstone Infrastructure announced that they have formed a joint venture to build, own and operate new gas-fired, combined-cycle generation stations to power data centers under long-term energy services agreements.

A press release regarding the announcement was issued on July 15, 2025. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
