Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 31, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has established a permanent and product-specific J-code (J9248) for HEPZATO. The J-code will become effective on April 1, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
