Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 24, 2025, the Registrant issued a news release amending the original news release issued on July 21, 2025. The amended news release corrects the primary production month from April to May. Also corrected is the increase to the Kansas excess costs to $273,000 instead of $55,000, but that the total underlying cumulative excess costs of $2,316,000, which includes accrued interest of $190,000 remain unchanged A copy of the original news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the amended release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.

The information in this Current Report, including the news release attached hereto, is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to liabilities of that Section.
