As a novice to the investing world I certainly can not claim knowledge of all the rules and laws relative to trading and investing. However I can express my opinions of what's fair. As an investor in the precious metals arena, albeit a small one, I am personally affected by the alleged "illegal short sales" of shares of stocks in the junior mining sector. I personally lose my value in a company investing in a legal way while others pad there accounts in an improper way. This is so wrong and any and all loopholes need to be closed and punishments meted out for violations of existing laws to stop this deplorable practice.
I pray this reaches the proper person and you can understand our frustrations regarding the unfairness of this issue and you enact the needed legislation to stop these practices.
