I have read the latest on naked short buying and holding positions. It looks like any body that has a naked short position is not required to cover. It looks like it only pertains to new positons is that correct? A stock that has only 2,500,000 shares can still have 3,000,000 naked shorts out there , is that correct?? 9/18/08
