Put a stop to the naked shorting exemption.
You have the ability to do this now.
Just enforce your own rules. The fail to delivers
need to be delivered in a more timely manner. How can you allow a company to be on the reg sho list for in some instances over a yearand do the usual nothing?
It's disgusting that you guy's sit back and do nothing to fix this problem when you've been awaire of it for years.
I will be contacting my congressman and senators.
Hopefully people will go to jail for this injustice.
