I am wondering how in the hell that there is a law in effect called the naked short sale rule that is not being enforced for all securities except for 19 financial institutions that Cox came out and talked about the other day? That is total B.S., we now have banks losing billions of dollars, however their stock price is going up and we have other companies reporting stellar earnings and they are now being hammered because the worthless bank stocks can no longer be shorted as they were before. The rule needs to be enforced for every company not just the worthless bank stocks that got themselves into the mess that they are in!!!!!
