Please enforce the rules for naked short selling for all securities, not just select financials. It is unfair to allow hedge funds and money managers to manipulate prices.
Short selling has its place in the market but at least make them have to actually borrow the stock. I would also like to see the up-tick rule re-instated.
I have written to Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, Sen. John Cornyn and Rep. Michael McCaul asking them to look into the problem. I will continue to do so until a change is made.
Make the market a fair for everyone.
Enforce the rules.
