Dear Sirs, I would deeply appreciate it if any action relating to naked shorting would be stopped. As I am a small individual investor who has to pay for my stocks and generally allow the sales to clear before I can even sell the stock. Since the practice of shorting stocks has come into being I find it much harder to under stand what the stock market is doing and feel as though I am being handicapped unfairly.
