Please take this comment as strong endorsement of your proposed actions against naked shorting in certain sectors.
However, now that the SEC has acknowledged the problem, it would be criminal to allow it to fester in other sectors.
Please enact new regulations immediately to criminalize naked shorting in all sectors. Such action must be taken ASAP.
