What does it take to get action from your commission???? The shareholders of Bank of America and other financial institutions are being defrauded by short sellers. Do you not have a clue??? Enforce the damn rules. Put on a permanent ban on this patently illegal activity, selling something that does'nt exist. Let the free market determine the price of these companies and not short sellers whose ability to sell unlimited non-existant shares will drive every one of these coompanies into bankruptcy.
