I asked a question about the importance of the uptick rule a few months back and recived and answer saying that the rule change didn't really have any effect on the market pricing, if the SEC really thought that why did they issue the Restriction on the Naked Shorts on the list of banks ?
hmmmmmmmmm...... ??
