I pleadd with you to contine to place restrictions on trading and MM that will eliminate the possibility for Naked Shorting and trades that are a part of the FTD rule violations. I hold shares in ACAS (the dividends are important to me) and the stock has been on the FTD list for over 100 days. This is an impossible situation and should be stopped. In addition, I urge you to implament the up tick rule. Short sales have been responsible for accellerating the decrease in many share price on behalf of the large hedge funds who have the financial might to distroy the retail value of stocks.
