I understand that naked short selling is illegal. Why issue an order for something already considered illegal? I am a small time investor with limited knowledge of how the markets operate but am intelligent enough to see how naked short selling is eroding my stock investments. I hope the sec will put a stop to this. How can you sell something you don't own?
