I was very happy to hear that the SEC finally decided to partially enforce the law regarding "naked short selling." The end of naked short selling against US bank stocks will go a long way toward ending the recession. However, I am very disappointed that the SEC chose to only partially enforce the existing law. Naked short selling is illegal in all cases in relation to ALL STOCKS. It is completely ludicrous to only partially enforce the law. It only emboldens law breakers, and makes them feel secure in their illegal activities.
PLEASE ENFORCE THE LAW WITH REGARD TO NAKED SHORT SELLING ON ALL STOCKS.
