My concern/confusion is regarding File# S7-20-08 How did you come up with the list of 19 institutions? Specifically, as a shareholder of Wachovia stock, one of the most shorted financial stocks recently I'm wondering why they were not on your protected list??
They are the number 3 or 4 largest bank, holding compnay for the second largest brokerage firm, but not on the protected list of short selling Why?
Especially when there are some interesting, less know, smaller, institutions included
What was the criteria for inclusion, and don't you think other MAJOR financial institutions should be included too
