naked short position in Sigma Designs (SIGM). Why is the SEC not enforcing the fail to deliver rule here. If I brought a stock and did not pay for it within the prescribed time frame, my broker would sell it. Why not the same for hedge funds that manupulate stocks by shorting stock that they have been unable to borrow? Please enforce the rules on all stocks and not just a select few. Market manipulators are hurting many companies.
