I'm not sure if this is the right department. Will you please forward to the proper one if you feel it will do any good.
As an individual investor I'm concerned about naked short selling. This is illegal but is not enforced. You must be aware of the problem as you did something about the recent naked shorting of the banks. I hope you put somebody in jail for this illegal activity.
Shorting stocks is perfectly ok as this helps a free market,but shorting stocks when you can't borrow the shares is illegal manipulation of a co. It is your job to stop this.A good example is siri. This would be a good co. for you to investigate, generate good publicity for yourself, and help a co. that is going to survive not have it's shareholders raked over the coals.
Please protect the the small guy.
