in the wisdom of the SEC, they viewed naked shorting as not good for the market and deemed it illegal. However, it now seems that that wisdom has changed. As an investor I beg of you, for the sake of restoring investor confidence, please, please, carify the reason for the change, or change the law, or enforce it. The present situation makes it seem the SEC is an impotent overseer.
